专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to an improvement for glasses 5 and more particularly an improvement concerning the connection of the branches. Many branch connection devices are already known at the front of the telescope. Many devices are simple articulation systems, but the fashion phenomena being, the manufacturers have devised connection devices for mounting different types of branches on the front part of the telescope. Thus, the manufacturers have developed removable connection devices for partitions, such as for example that described in the patent application FR 1,351,894. The connection is made by clipping with an elastic system, which makes the retention of the branch random. Knuckle connections are also known, for example as described by the patent application FR 2 956 751, the retention of branches once in the position of placement on the face is assured, but it is not possible for the user to change the branches according to his desires. In addition, the described glasses that include two magnets are much too heavy to be comfortable to wear. The present invention intends to solve the problem mentioned above, by providing an improvement to this type of device. Thus, the glasses of the invention, comprising a front face to which the branches are attached, are characterized in that the connection of the branches on the front face is removable, and is performed by a magnet. According to a complementary feature, the magnet secured to the front face or branches, cooperates with a housing 30 respectively integral branches or the front face, said housing being constituted by a set of metal walls to form a nesting housing. According to a preferred embodiment, the housing made by a set of metal walls is constituted by a side wall, an upper wall a lower wall and a bottom wall, to form the nesting housing, while its shape and its dimensions correspond to the shape and dimensions of the connecting part of the magnet. According to another feature, the front face comprises connecting side pieces intended to cooperate with the connection ends of the branches. It is understood that unlike known glasses, the branches of the glasses of the invention are not mounted hinged on the front face and in particular on the frame about a vertical axis, which 15 allows the user to separate the branches without using a tool. It was also understood that the restraint of each of the branches was done through a single magnet, integral with the frame or branches cooperating with a metal piece secured respectively to the branches 20 or the frame. Add that the simplicity of the system makes it very reliable and durable, with no risk of breakage, which is not the case of articulated hinges of branches. The invention also relates to the frame alone, and / or the branches only. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given by way of examples only. non-limiting. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the spectacles according to the invention.
[0002] Figure 2 is a top view. Figure 3 is a front view. Figure 4 is a side view. Figure 5a is a sectional view along A-A, while Figure 5b illustrates in detail the connection of the branch. Figure 6a is a top view with a partial section shown in Figure 6b. Fig. 7 is a perspective view illustrating how the branch is connected to the front face before said connection is made. Fig. 8 is a perspective view of larger scale details of Fig. 7. Fig. 9 is a view similar to Fig. 8 illustrating another embodiment. The glasses of the invention designated in the figures by the overall reference (1) having a general plane of symmetry (P) are constituted in a known manner, by a front face (2) and two side panels (3a, 3b). The front face may be of the type such as, for example, with a frame, and two optical or solar glasses, or without rims but just with lateral connection pieces for fixing the branches. The illustrated invention will be made with a mount. Thus, the front face (2) is constituted by a frame (4) retaining two optical facades (5a, 5b) or correction or solar, or both. The branches (3a, 3b) which are intended to ensure the maintenance of the glasses on the wearer's face, are connected to the lateral ends (40) of the front face (2), either to the frame (4) or directly to the lenses (5a, 5b) in the case of rimless glasses, and this via connecting side pieces (6a, 6b).
[0003] According to the invention the connection of the branches (3a, 3b) is removable to let the wearer the initiative of the choice of branches. Removable connection means a connection which makes it possible to dismantle the branches without tools, as opposed to the branch attachments by a mechanical articulation around a vertical axis, as is the case in most cases. According to another characteristic, the retention of each of the branches on the lateral connecting pieces (6a, 6b) is done by means of at least one magnet (7) per side.
[0004] According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the magnets (7) are integral with the lateral portions of connections (6a, 6b). Thus the magnets (7) which are advantageously of parallelepipedal shape, have a first portion (70) retained in the corresponding connecting portion (6a, 6b) to protrude outwards on the side where the branches extend, by a second part (71), or connecting part. Said second part (71) is intended to cooperate with the end of the corresponding branch to ensure the removable connection. For this purpose the connecting end (8) of each of the branches (3a, 3b) comprises a metal interlocking housing (9) for receiving the protruding portion of the magnet (71). Said interlocking housing (9) is formed by a metal piece (10) integral with the connection end of each of the branches. The metal part (10) consists of a set of metal walls forming a retaining box (10). Thus the housing consists of a side wall (10a) of an upper wall (10b, and a bottom wall (10c) and a bottom wall (10d), to form the nesting housing (9). The latter is open on the inner side (IN) and forward (AV), which allows the user an easy installation and removal of the branches. It should be noted that the shape and dimensions of the housing of interlocking (9) corresponds to the shape and dimensions of the second protruding part (71) of the magnet (7), while the side wall (10a) is arranged on the outer side (EX) of the end (7). 8) of the branch, it should be noted that all the walls by cooperation with the magnet (7) prevent the movement of movement of the branch, and this type of coupling offers a maximum holding rigidity so that the branches remain in position. 8 is a perspective view similar to FIG. According to this other embodiment, it is the connection ends (8) of the branches (3a, 3b) which comprise the magnet (7) while the end face (2) comprises the housing of metal interlocking (9) corresponding. As in the embodiment previously described, the magnet (7) which is integral with the end of each of the branches (3a, 3b) comprises a protruding part (71) intended to be engaged in the interlocking housing (9). ) to be retained by the action of the magnet. Said metal housing (9) for receiving the protruding portion (71) of the magnet (7) comprises a set of metal walls, namely consists of a side wall (10a) of an upper wall (10b, and a bottom wall (10c) as well as a bottom wall (10d), to form the nesting housing (9) .Note that as before, the shape and dimensions of the nesting housing (9) , correspond to the shape and the dimensions of the second protruding part (71) of the magnet (7) Note that according to this embodiment, the side wall (10a) is arranged on the inner side (IN) of the front face .
[0005] It is understood that according to the two embodiments described and illustrated, the second projecting portion (71) of the magnet (7) constitutes the connection portion of the magnet (7). 30
